To apply for any property the application form fee is £200 which is none refundable
When the tenant moves into the property they have to pay the rent and the bond which is the same amount as the rent and £50 admin fee which is for tenancy agreements
Every time the tenant renews the tenancy either 6 months or 12 months it will be a further £50 each time.
When the tenant moves out of a property £50 will be deducted from the bond for the check out fee, which is for checking the property when the tenancy ends.
